2009 Patient Survey ResultsThe anonymous survey form was given to 300 consecutive patients and the results were analyzed and tabulated by BSM Consulting, a leading healthcare consulting firm. Our patients rated our practice in 17 categories on a scale of 0 (poor) to 5 (excellent).
